Marshall Chesrown, Chairman and CEO

Marshall Chesrown has served as our Chief Executive Officer and Chairman since October 24, 2016. Mr. Chesrown has over 35 years of leadership experience in the automotive retail sector. Chesrown served as Chief Operating Officer, director, and was the founder of Vroom.com, an online direct car retailer. Mr. Chesrown served as Chief Operating Officer of AutoAmerica, an automotive retail company, from May 2013 to November 2014.

Steven R. Berrard, CFO and Director

Steven R. Berrard has served as our Chief Financial Officer since January 9, 2017 and served as Interim Chief Financial Officer from July 13, 2016 through January 9, 2017 and as Chief Executive Officer from July 13, 2016 through October 24, 2016. Mr. Berrard has also served as Secretary and a director of the Company since July 13, 2016. Mr. Berrard earned his B.S. in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University.

Thomas E. Aucamp, Chief Administrative Officer & Secretary

Tom Aucamp brings public equity, business development and experience working with growth companies to RumbleOn. Mr. Aucamp previously served as Executive Vice President of Swisher Hygiene, responsible for IT, Legal, & HR, and was a founding board member of Services Acquisition Corp. International from its initial public offering through its merger with Jamba Juice. Mr. Aucamp holds an MBA from the Fuqua School at Duke University and a BA from Harvard University.

Jim Dillon, Director of Aquisition

Jim Dillon has 35 years in automotive and powersports business and specializes in acquisitions and remarketing. Mr. Dillon served for six years in the United States Air Force and founded many successful startups including CARS Inc., AIS, and Dealers Only. Before becoming Director of Acquisitions for RumbleOn, Mr. Dillon brought his acquisition specialty to director roles at Vroom and Autonation.

Heather Harrington, Director of Marketing

Heather Harrington, Marketing Director of RumbleOn, has nearly ten years of experience leading in-house and agency teams in marketing, advertising, and technical product development across a variety of industries and niches. She specializes in creating and managing strategic marketing initiatives to maximize both lead generation and brand affinity. Ms. Harrington has a history of award-winning product development, budget administration, client acquisition and retention through innovative use of traditional and web-based marketing strategies.

Peter Levy, Sr. Vice President

Peter Levy’s drive, passion, and analytical mind make him ideally suited for any business development or technology role. His 25-year distinguished career includes several successful startup businesses, capitalizing on technology to gain market share, and creating trendsetting policy. Mr. Levy devotes his time to analyzing business models, automating processes, and systemizing operating structures.

Amy Kulesza, Director of Lead Management

Amy Kulesza is Director of Lead Management for RumbleOn. She has over ten years experience in automotive finance and sales management, as well as an extensive background in finance that began as a credit analyst for a top-performing credit union in the western US. When she is not at work, Ms. Kulesza enjoys the outdoors with her two Labradors, hanging out with friends, and motorcycle rides.

Bill Bonnaud, Director of Classifieds

Bill Bonnaud's passion for motor vehicles started when he began road and drag racing cars and motorcycles at the age of 17. Mr. Bonnaud brings over 30 years of automotive, boat, powersports experience to RumbleOn. During his time in the industry, he oversaw used car operations for a national dealer group, and, after combining his interest in high tech with his automotive experience, he founded an auction software development company where he served as Chief Architect.

Kevin Cooper, Director of Specialty Vehicles

Kevin Cooper's background includes being Director of Specialty Vehicles for Manheim Auctions, a division of Cox Automotive, for ten years. He was responsible for overseeing Manheim Auction's operations, sales strategy and marketing efforts across the 23 branded specialty locations. In this role, Mr. Cooper worked to develop a wholesale marketplace for both financial institutions and dealers to remarket specialty products efficiently, therefore making Manheim the industry leader in the Boat and RV segment. Before working for Manheim, Kevin spent six years with MarineMax, Inc. where he managed its used boat inventory in the Central U.S. region.
