Marshall Chesrown, Co-Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer

Marshall Chesrown co-founded RumbleOn and has served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman since October 2016. Mr. Chesrown has over 35 years of leadership experience in the automotive retail sector. From December 2014 to September 2016, Mr. Chesrown was co-founder and served as Chief Operating Officer and as a director of Vroom.com, an online automotive retailer. Previously, he served as Chief Operating Officer of AutoAmerica, an automotive retail company, from May 2013 to November 2014. Mr. Chesrown founded Chesrown Automotive Group in 1985, which was acquired by AutoNation, Inc., in 1996 and subsequently served as Senior Vice President of Retail Operations for AutoNation from 1997 to 1999. Additionally, from 1999 to 2013, Mr. Chesrown served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Blackrock Development, a real estate development company. Mr. Chesrown also served as sole owner and CEO of Chesrown Automotive Group from 1985 until 2013.


Steven R. Berrard, Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer

Steve Berrard co-founded RumbleOn and has served as Chief Financial Officer since January 2017. Previously he served as Chief Executive Officer, Interim Chief Financial Officer and Secretary. He has served on its Board of Directors since inception July 2016. Mr. Berrard has founded numerous entities and served in financial and operational leadership positions. He co-founded private equity fund New River Capital Partners in 1997 and serves as its Managing Partner and Principal. He served as a director of Walter Investment Management Corp. from 2010 until 2017. Mr. Berrard co-founded AutoNation and served its Co-Chief Executive Officer from 1996 to 1999. Prior to AutoNation, Mr. Berrard was President and Chief Executive Officer of the Blockbuster Entertainment Group, served as President of Huizenga Holdings, Inc., and held various leadership positions with subsidiaries of Huizenga Holdings, Inc. In addition, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Spelling Entertainment Group Inc., Virgin Interactive Entertainment and Swisher Hygiene Inc., he also served as Chief Executive of Jamba Inc. Mr. Berrard began his career at Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.) Mr. Berrard currently serves on the Board of Directors of Pivotal Fitness, Inc. He has previously served on the Boards of Directors of Jamba, Inc., (2005 – 2009), HealthSouth (2004 – 2006), Boca Resorts, Inc. (1996 – 2004), Swisher Hygiene Inc (2004 – 2014), Viacom, Inc., (1987 – 1996) and Birmingham Steel (1999 – 2002). Mr. Berrard earned his B.S. in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University.


Peter Levy, Chief Operating Officer

Peter Levy is a seasoned and highly respected operating executive who has been involved in the automotive industry for over 25 years. As the Chief Operating Officer at RumbleOn, Mr. Levy oversees day-to-day inventory logistics, auctions, dealer networks, and manages the teams responsible for driving sales within the company. His distinguished career includes multiple executive and management level positions within the industry at companies such as AutoNation, Automotive Remarketing Services, and Integrated Auction Solutions LLC, all focusing on business development and creative uses of technology to gain market share. Peter graduated from Indiana University with a B.S. in Marketing and Finance.

Thomas E. Aucamp, Chief Administrative Officer & Secretary

Tom Aucamp brings public equity, business development and experience working with growth companies to RumbleOn. Mr. Aucamp previously served as Executive Vice President of Swisher Hygiene, responsible for IT, Legal, & HR, and was a founding board member of Services Acquisition Corp. International from its initial public offering through its merger with Jamba Juice. Mr. Aucamp holds an MBA from the Fuqua School at Duke University and a BA from Harvard University.

Jim Dillon, Director of Aquisition

Jim Dillon has 35 years in automotive and powersports business and specializes in acquisitions and remarketing. Mr. Dillon served for six years in the United States Air Force and founded many successful startups including CARS Inc., AIS, and Dealers Only. Before becoming Director of Acquisitions for RumbleOn, Mr. Dillon brought his acquisition specialty to director roles at Vroom and Autonation.

Scott Rose, General Manager of Wholesale Inc.

Scott Rose is the General Manager of the Wholesale Inc. division; he is responsible for overseeing all retail operations for the company. With over 20 years of automotive finance and sales management experience, Mr. Rose has worked in high-level management for automotive groups including AMSI, Alexander, and Martin, and is currently certified in every position in the automotive industry. As an Army Veteran, Mr. Rose specializes in leadership, motivation, and organization, and it is these attributes that have led to his cumulative success.

Bill Bonnaud, Director of Classifieds

Bill Bonnaud's passion for motor vehicles started when he began road and drag racing cars and motorcycles at the age of 17. Mr. Bonnaud brings over 30 years of automotive, boat, powersports experience to RumbleOn. During his time in the industry, he oversaw used car operations for a national dealer group, and, after combining his interest in high tech with his automotive experience, he founded an auction software development company where he served as Chief Architect.

Kevin Cooper, Director of Specialty Vehicles

Kevin Cooper's background includes being Director of Specialty Vehicles for Manheim Auctions, a division of Cox Automotive, for ten years. He was responsible for overseeing Manheim Auction's operations, sales strategy and marketing efforts across the 23 branded specialty locations. In this role, Mr. Cooper worked to develop a wholesale marketplace for both financial institutions and dealers to remarket specialty products efficiently, therefore making Manheim the industry leader in the Boat and RV segment. Before working for Manheim, Kevin spent six years with MarineMax, Inc. where he managed its used boat inventory in the Central U.S. region.

Beverley Rath, Controller, Powersports Division

Beverley Rath has been working in the automotive industry for over 30 years, working with brands such as Ford, Lincoln, Nissan, Honda, Mazda, Harley Davidson, among others. She started her career working with Marshall Chesrown in the early 1990s at independent dealer locations, transitioning to AutoNation as the company grew. Rath has held similar positions at Vroom and now RumbleOn, where she currently oversees compliance with the internal control programs, manages payroll, and is responsible for additional accounting components of the business. Beverley has a degree in accounting.

Scott Raymer, President, RumbleOn Finance Division

Scott Raymer is an experienced and dedicated finance professional who is currently the President of the RumbleOn Finance Division. With an extensive 32 year career in the automotive financing sector, Scott joined RumbleOn from CRB Auto, a division of California Republic Bank. As CEO of CRB Auto, he oversaw a $6 billion increase in originated loans over a six year period, including the growth of 4 offices and roughly 400 employees. Mr. Raymer specializes in independent banking environments and has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to successful start-ups and prime/sub-prime lending. Scott graduated Grand Valley State University with a BBA, emphasis in management.

Thomas J. Kwiej, General Manager, Wholesale Express

TJ Kwiej has been in the transportation industry since he was 18 years old, starting with managing a 30 vehicle fleet at Advantage Autosport and then moving to Cox Automotive. At Cox, TJ ran multi-faceted sales teams, worked on new business development, and was responsible for department growth year over year. As the General Manager of Wholesale Express – powered by RumbleOn’s technology, TJ is responsible for overseeing sales, operations, and accounting for RumbleOn’s transportation and logistics division. With his hands-on approach and uncanny ability to identify the needs of potential clients, TJ’s leadership has enhanced the company’s relationships with numerous dealers and brokers across the country.
